This started off as a brown cabinet door. I stripped the veneer finish off and painted it black. It was just that easy-well the veneer was really stubborn, but eventually it came off! I added some embellishments that I bought from Michaels and a few other thrift store finds and tada!

wall hangings with sparkle
This started as a cabinet door from Habitat-but it was already unfinished. I painted the door, Mackenzie painted and added the swirls to the paper mache "M" and it was a done deal.
